what an experience for the 1st exam of IMU seremban...forget bout good old days of memorizing the findings...here..if u dun get the abnormal findings...say bye bye..

i dunno which wan is more stressful..the exams? or the Wait for the exams.. u see ALL the batch mates are done by thursday.. including from other postings.. and in the end, its left with 5 of us under Prof Cheong to be tested on Friday..while Everyone is enjoying!! i even skipped CG for this...at one point..i just wanna get over it...pass or fail..

come that day..got a great patient..even can joke while taking his history, good signs, obvious diagnosis..tried arrange the history and physical findings..then..Another Long Wait.. supposed to have only 1 hour, but dragged on to almost 3hours!!..talked to groupmates, read patient's newspaper..waited and waited..nurse came to measure patient's BP, and it was sky high!! (was borderline high in the morning)most probably he see i nervous he also got nervous..sorry la..cant help it

and finally, the hour arrived as Prof Cheong came with a stern face without smile, and without wasting any time i rattled my presentation to him, without even looking at the patient!! and time seemed to move so so so slow, as i talked faster and faster.. and in a while..its over!! good comments from him, and as i told my mates, talk no need money...lets wait for the real results 1st..

Thank the Lord for an awesome mentor, good doctor, nice patient, great mates throughout this posting, and of cos..better days ahead!!!

wat a weekend it was..surviving the exams... and getting to meet Joanna again, with Woon Lee also...its been months since weve last met, and lots of catching up to do:)

The nasi lemak really challenged my tolerance of spiciness to the limit!! haha.. anyway..still had a great time and nice chat!!
Wish u all the best again in ur studies and career, and come back with the title VJ!! cheers!!

Sometime ago, gal meets boy, boy meets gal in the same posting, they fell in love and got together... happily enjoying each day...

One day, gal went to boy's house, it turned late and she went home at 12.30 am. Boy watched her into her car as she waved goodbye...

At 3 am, boy called gal's housemate 1, and found out gal didn reach home!! so housemate1 and fren got worried, and boy(even more worried) started a recon mission to find gal. after tracing her path in vain, gal's housemates got worried, and started searching for her too... frantically calling her phone but no one is answering the ringing phone! this went on for more than an hour... housemate and fren decided to notify police, and as usual, Malaysian police (cepat, MESRA dan betul) tell housemate dun call b4 24 hours, and poor housemates dunno gal's car plate number osso...kena bomb back..housemates out of idea on what to do next.

oh ya...there were also housemates 3 and 4, who were Sleeping soundly through the incident (one had exam on the same day, one is gonna have exam the next day) so..fren decided to wake housemate 4 who got exam the next day...obvious choice mah... 'life and death situation!' is all housemate 4 heard when he woke up at 445 am.. and decided so search and call again.. after an hour in vain, housemate 4 and fren went home tired, sleepy and out of idea..

at 645 am, housemate 3 woke up and heard the news, thinking that it was a JOKE!! PRANK!! obviously it wasnt, but nth more could be done then (housemate all dun have gal's parent's number to call osso)

at 7 am, gal msged back, claiming that she went back to KL...everything's ok..and she can't hear the phone ring all night!!! housemates got pissed..housemate 4 went berserk..everyone was troubled and tired...not forgetting, housemate 4 upseted his body clock the day b4 is 1st exam in IMU Seremban, and need so frantically prepare for it that day!!!!!

p.s. did i mention? the gal is my housemate, boy is my buddy, and housemate 4 is...ME!!!

lessons learnt:
1. when communication is bad, disaster happens..
2. even couples need to learn good communication
3. things closest to u are often the least understood (think: whats ur neighbor's car plate number? wat is the meaning of life? wat is the definition of time?)
4. always know who to call in case of emergency( parents, relatives..)
5. ppl who just woke up needs time to get into reality...dun babble important details as soon as he opens his eyes... everything will sound like ur speaking Swahili, or worse, think ur joking!!

sorry ive been missing for a while... be patient ok... having exams this friday...will DEFINATELY update after that...

just briefly...
1. had yet another issue with TMnet aka the car washer...
2. seen the other side of tek jee... surprisingly he had a nasty side too...haha...guess its true that were all sinners.
3. just to let u guys know... doctors dun give u HIV drugs if ur a drug user...or was a drug user..even if ur one who quit 10 years ago... they think its not worth spending the money on ppl like this..seriously unethical...but it happens...so its true..never touch drugs..or u really regret it ur whole life
4. If ur unsure whether ur husband or wife or partner is HIV positive...and the doctors dun tell.. 1) start wondering why hes left in a corner of the ward. 2) start wondering y medical students joke and get their hands all over other patients...but use gloves with him..3) ask a medical student hard enough, and he or she might just buckle and leak the news...
5. drug kills... dun do it...sounding like some anti dadah campaign now..
