what to do when ur weight is the talk of the town.. when nth u do can gain u a kilo.. when u can onli wear a few brands of shirts and slacks.. and even so they always dun hav ur size?? yeah..u got it.. u try and eat and eatt..and hopefully the food turns into fat or muscle which untimately gain u some weight....
haha..well..actually im proud that no one beats my BMI.. and i could just call anyone i dun like as fat!!
met with brian, li yen and woon lee for pasar malam at connaught.. and this is what i ate in a meal.. food caloriescurry mee (no fat in the chicken) 500 half of woon lee's oyster egg 450 taiwan pizza 2 slices(super oily) 300 crysantemum tea 25 man jian kueh 100 half a bowl of sharkfin soup..(too salty) 150 total
1425 cals...
considering a sedentary person spends 1500 cals a day.. i think this meal should gain me a kg today.. we shall wait and see the results....
