From the latest Reader's digest... on how to tackle exams stress..and how practical i think it is..

1. Stay healthy.. that means no caffeine pumped nights..eating well..sleeping well..acceptable
2. Be a wiser reviser...
test yourself... with what? unless all lecturers publish their own mcq book... we gotta use our imagination..
use ur imagination... ok...so its needed after all.. osso imagine the classroom and imitate the lecturer..hey..we do that pretty well!!
listen to music... been doing that a lot too
summarise it...well..we dun have notes anymore.. so..again..summarise wat?
night nerves... dun start revising new things b4 exam.. ull get panic and feel threatened...sympathetic overload..
3. on Exam day....
use ur lucky charm...so far i have none...Desmond's exams prayers used to be of great help..now that hes gone.. we need a replacement.. Tek Jee..its ur turn.
chew gums... eer..is it allowed 1st..

see? easier to write..harder to do.
